Our services are available throughout the United Kingdom and are provided by qualified vehicle locksmiths using specialist diagnostic and programming equipment.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Business Day means any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in England.
Calendar Day means any day of the year.
Contract means the legally binding agreement between you and Phoenix Car Keys once your booking has been accepted.
Customer means the individual or organisation purchasing our services or products.
Goods means any keys, locks, remotes, parts, accessories, or other products supplied by Phoenix Car Keys.
Services means any vehicle locksmith services provided by Phoenix Car Keys, including but not limited to key replacement, programming, vehicle unlocking, ignition repairs, diagnostics, and related services.
Order means your request to purchase our services or products, whether made by telephone, email, website enquiry, SMS, or any other accepted communication method.
Order Confirmation means our acceptance of your booking, issued by telephone, email, or text message.
Deposit means any advance payment made to secure a booking or appointment.
Stored Card Authority means your permission for Phoenix Car Keys to securely store payment details through our authorised payment provider for the purpose of collecting any outstanding contractual charges.
These Terms and Conditions apply to every booking, quotation, service, and product supplied by Phoenix Car Keys unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
A quotation provided by Phoenix Car Keys does not constitute a legally binding offer.
Your booking request represents an offer to purchase our services.
A legally binding contract is only formed when we accept your booking and issue an Order Confirmation by telephone, email, or SMS.
